Handling and delivery time
Our products ship from our suppliers. We send each order to the supplier within 2 business days. Based on supplier estimates, delivery usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks after the order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees, and times can vary.
If your order is delayed
If we cannot ship your order within the time we state, or within 30 days of your order if no time is stated, we will let you know and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund or to agree to a new shipping date.
Tracking
When the supplier provides tracking, we email it to you.
Customs and duties
If a carrier or customs charge applies to your delivery, please contact us before the order is returned.
