Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Guga Finds is operated by Ben ep. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order to our supplier, and you will receive an email when that happens. Until then we may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and you would receive a full refund. You can also ask us to cancel before the order is sent to the supplier; see our Returns & Refunds page.

Pricing and pricing errors

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Product information

We work to describe products accurately, but they come from suppliers, and sizes, colors and details can vary slightly. Information marked "To be confirmed" is not final. Product photos are for illustration.

Care information

Content in the Hamster Care Hub is general educational information from experienced keepers, not veterinary advice. For health concerns, please contact a qualified exotic-pet veterinarian.

Product use

Please supervise your hamster with new items, remove anything that becomes worn or damaged, and follow the product's instructions and warnings.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photos and Guga illustrations on this site belong to the seller or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
